Back-to-School Clothes Shopping

Students on tight budgets cannot always afford clothes with fancy labels and high quality material (don't worry that'll all change after graduation!). For now, try to look out for sales and don't be ashamed to look at the clearance rack. I almost never buy clothing that is not on sale.

One way to easily know what sales are going on is by having them sent right to your email. For, example, I signed up for the Old Navy newsletter and got a coupon along with it. Every week they have a great sale. Last week was $25 jeans and this Saturday is $3 tees. This week Payless Shoes has BOGO. I generally don't like Walmart's clothes, but they are really affordable and once and awhile I find something I like.

But don't buy something just because it's on sale. If you don't like it, you won't wear it, and that's a waste of money. The idea is patience (buying items here and there when their on sale). Now is a great time for sales because it's back-to-school time.
